What we collect when you request a quote
When you send a quote request, we ask for the basics needed to price and arrange a trip: your name, phone number, email address, and the trip details. Trip details usually mean the cities you are flying between, travel dates, passenger count, and any baggage or timing notes you add, like a same-day return or a Saturday departure after a wedding at one of the Hill Country venues.
If you call instead of writing, we take the same information down by hand. We do not ask for payment card numbers to quote a trip, and you should not send one through the quote form. If you mention a medical need, a pet, or an oversized item such as golf clubs or a musical instrument, that note stays with the trip record so the operator quoting you can plan for it.
Why we ask for it
The purpose is narrow: to prepare a realistic estimate and get an aircraft and crew matched to your itinerary. A useful quote depends on specifics. Whether you are leaving from San Antonio International or Stinson Municipal changes the ground picture, and a midsize jet that works for a Dallas run may not be the right call for a longer leg. Your contact details exist so we can reach you with questions and send the estimate back.
We do not build marketing profiles from your request, and we do not sell your information. If you ask to be contacted about future trips, we will do that; otherwise the request is treated as a one-time quote inquiry.
Who sees your information
We are a charter broker. We do not own or operate aircraft, and flights are flown by independent operators who hold their own operating certificates and exercise operational control of the flight. To price your trip, we share the trip details with those operators and their representatives so they can confirm availability, aircraft, and crew. We share only what is needed to quote and, if you book, to arrange the trip.
We do not hand your name, phone number, or email to unrelated companies for their own marketing. Our own service providers, such as the companies that host this site and handle email, may process information on our behalf under contract and only for that purpose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect against fraud.
Phone calls and recordings
Calls to and from our quote line may be recorded for quality and record-keeping. If a call is recorded, that is disclosed at the start. Recordings are kept only as long as needed for those purposes and are not used for anything else. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us and we will handle the quote without a recording or continue by email.
Text messages and emails you send are retained with the trip record, the same as call notes. Please avoid sending sensitive information such as a passport number or payment card details through a quote request or a text message; we will ask for anything like that through a more appropriate channel when a booking actually requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not turn into a booking are kept for a limited period so we can answer follow-up questions and reference the estimate if you come back to it, then deleted or de-identified. Records tied to a booked trip are kept longer, because operators, insurers, and tax rules expect a record of the arrangement to exist.
You can ask us to delete your quote request at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep a specific record. If you want to know what we hold about you, ask and we will tell you.
Contact and changes to this notice
Questions about this notice, or requests to see or delete your information, can go to the contact address or phone number listed on this site. Tell us what you sent and roughly when, and we can usually find the record quickly. If you asked an operator for a quote directly, that operator's own privacy practices apply to what they hold, and you should contact them for that part of the record.
If this notice changes in a way that affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will post the updated version here and note the date it took effect. Using the quote form after that means you accept the updated notice. This page covers sanantonioprivatejets.com and the quote service behind it, not any other site you may reach from a link here.
