Our role in your charter booking
We are a charter broker and arranger. When you ask us for a San Antonio private jet charter, we shop your trip across operators and present options. We act as your agent in that process. We do not own or operate aircraft, and we do not exercise operational control over any flight.
The flight itself is operated by a certificated air carrier that holds operational control, including crew scheduling, maintenance, dispatch, weather decisions and the final say on whether a trip launches. When you accept a quote, the operating contract is between you and that operator. We coordinate the details on your behalf.
Quotes are estimates until confirmed
Prices shown on this site and in preliminary quotes are estimates. They are built from aircraft category, distance, anticipated flight time and known fees, using ranges like the light jet band for a given route. They are not a contract and they are not a hold on an aircraft.
A quote becomes firm only when the operator confirms aircraft availability, crew and final pricing in writing. Fuel, ramp fees, crew duty limits and airport charges can move between the estimate and that confirmation. If anything changes materially, we tell you before you commit.
Airports, aircraft and performance
San Antonio trips typically use San Antonio International or Stinson Municipal, though other fields around the region come up depending on where you are going and what you are flying. Aircraft assignment is the operator's decision. The tail number and type on your confirmation are what you should plan around.
Airport and aircraft performance figures we discuss, such as runway length or summer density altitude, are planning references, not guarantees. A hot afternoon at a high-elevation field can affect payload and range, and the operator's pilots make the final call on any given day.
Payment terms follow the contract
Payment schedules, deposit amounts, accepted methods and refund conditions are set by the operator in its charter agreement. We do not set those terms and cannot override them. Read the contract before you sign it, and ask us if a clause is unclear.
Cancellation and change policies also come from the operator. Many agreements scale the penalty to how close you are to departure, and some trips are nonrefundable once the aircraft is committed. If your plans are soft, say so early so we can steer you toward operators with more flexible terms.
Taxes, fees and what the price includes
Quoted amounts generally include the federal excise tax that applies to domestic air transportation, along with segment fees and the operator's fuel surcharge where one applies. International legs can carry additional customs, overflight and handling charges that are billed separately or built into the quote depending on the operator.
Items outside the charter price, such as ground transportation, catering beyond standard, de-icing or crew overnight costs on multi-day trips, are itemized by the operator. Ask for a written breakdown if you need one for budgeting or reimbursement.
Limitation of liability
We arrange transportation; we do not fly the aircraft. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any trip is limited to the fees we receive for arranging it. Claims involving the conduct of a flight, injury, delay, baggage or property are governed by the operator's contract and its insurance, and by applicable federal law.
We pass along accurate information as we receive it, but schedules, aircraft substitutions and operational decisions rest with the operator. Nothing on this site is an offer of transportation or a guarantee of availability. Verify the operator's certificate and insurance directly if that matters to you, and we will point you to the documents.
